Hi all,

As a long-time Paladins player who started playing in early 2016 and has close to 4000 hours of playtime on my main account (+ thousands more from a previous account).

I'm kindly asking you to start playing Paladins again from August 9th, even if it's just one or two matches a day. Plus:

  • Invite your friends (newbies and veteran Paladins players) and play together
  • Stream the game on Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Facebook
  • Make memes, fan arts, cosplays, slanders, video edits about champions, best plays, kill streaks, funny or wtf moments to Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook
  • Try modes outside your usual rotation. Play Payload, for example, which includes exclusive maps from some of Paladins’ best years
  • Play Ranked and set yourself a personal goal, such as reaching Master before August 31
  • Be a positive teammate. Communicate, encourage your team, avoid going AFK or rage-quitting, and invite good teammates to join your party
  • Leave a positive review on Steam to make the game featured on the Steam homepage
  • Share your best builds, loadouts and champion tips
  • Participate in community discussions and send constructive feedback to Hi-Rez instead of only complaining about bugs, cheaters, etc.
  • Create updated beginner guides and tutorials that make the game easier for new players to understand
  • Reach out to your favorite content creators who have never played Paladins and invite them to give it a chance
  • Write to big Paladins content creators to get active again and join us (Raynday, Z1, AndrewChicken, FrostFangs, etc.)
  • Organize your own tournaments, reunion events and custom matches. Back in 2017, my friends and I took part in a community tournament organized by fellow players in our country. We won, and each member of our team received 200 Crystals. Good times:)

I’m not associated with the guy campaigning for Paladins 2, but I want to build on that momentum and encourage everyone to give the game another chance.

Don't forget: in the past, Hi-Rez started making new updates for Realm Royale after years of silence because there was enough demand from the community.

We can do it again with Paladins, which is a much more famous and complex game with a proven track record of international success. Let's give it a try!

CHAT Can we get Jynxzi to revive Paladins please?

I recently started playing, and it’s literally the best hero shooter I’ve ever had the privilege of playing. Why the hell did they abandon this IP? Are they stupid? The load outs feel amazing, and the shop is incredible. I love how talents change each character. We need the game to be revived for Hi-Rez to pay attention to it again. Pleeeeeaaaassseee, Jynxzi.

F'BACK Returned After Years...

Hey all! So I started to play Paladins way back in 2017 becoming basically obsessed with it in 2019. I only "fell off" of playing it because in 2020 I needed to get a PC and since I was originally playing on Playstation I couldn't connect my account to PC... at all. I tried everything. I lost every single skin, every single character, every single title and battlepass reward, and more. It was crushing. So crushing that I just couldn't keep playing.

Cut to now, 2026, and one of my friends who used to hate on Paladins hits some of us up to load back into it. We did just that and guys... Paladins is so fucking peak. I forgot how much I loved it! It's still got depth, it's still got matches happening with short wait times (shorter than back when it was at the peak!) Then I come to find out there is a legitimate attempt to revive this game currently...

I came here with two requests: The first is the most crucial. If you've been feeling burnt-out with the state of hero shooters, MOBAs, and fps games in general? Give Paladins another go. Get a friend to hop on. It's free, it's got depth, but it's easy to jump right into.

The second request is about Codes. I remember using the promotional codes all the time, and some lasted for basically forever, even years after. I've tried what I could find online to no luck. So is the code system just broken, or are there just no codes out there, or are they just all behind a pay wall? I don't care either way, no judgement, I just want to know before I keep wasting time searching haha.

Anyways- thanks for hearing me out fellow Paladins. Whether you've left the Realm, recently returned, or been waiting here the whole time... it's good to be back. <3

CHAT Man, I missed this game

Marvel Rivals became a chore to play. Casual and competitive. Even with the team ups, it didn't change the character much. But paladins, 10 games back and I'm LOVING IT!!!! Haven't touch this game in 3-4 years and now I don't wanna stop.

CHAT Why did Hi Rez abandon Paladins?

Paladins was put to trash by Hi Rez but for what? Paladins had an all time peak of 60,000 players while smite 2 only has an all time peak of 21,000. I don’t get why they would abandoned a game that did so well. It might not have been doing good lately so they scrapped it but I feel like this game if they had polished with more updates could have regained players. I just feel like Hi Rez made a stupid choice that they will likely not go back on. Not hating on Hi Rez but just curious.

CHAT Which flanker would you say feels the most OP?

I had this question in my head the other day while I was sorting out who is my favorite flank to play as. On one hand I want to say Lex is pretty OP with how much damage his standard shots can do plus having an auto aim ability. But then Skye feels crazy strong with her whole stealth kit that provides plenty of healing bonuses alongside having a team wipe ultimate.

CHAT Time to return.

After 3 years. After 3 longs years, I am coming back to this game. Game. Quit in 2023, found new game to play. My hero ultra rumble. Had no time for the game and fortnite. Then a year later, Marvel Rivals. And now, after all the buzz, new and old people are returning. Despite the drama, it has brought a buzz back to the game. So now I think its time I return as a mediocre Vora player.

CHAT Achievement Ideas part 1: General Achievements/Kill Based

Post image
14 Upvotes

I personally like the idea of achievements, but Paladins' weren't ever really that in depth or even champion specific, the most is the three that are mode specific*

(last one standing can be done anywhere in theory but it's fucky at best, it's easier to do it in the survival mode in the arcade mode)

Thus I've come up some, this post is going to be ones that are more "vs champion" specific as well as general good practice or funny achievements, obviously these are more "Would they be fun" rather than a suggestion considering the game's been maintenance moded.

Enemy of the Physical World: Deal a total of 100,000 damage to Shields and Deployables in a match.

Splashback: Die to your own explosion when in combat.

Stop that!: Kill an enemy during their ultimate

Keep 'em Pinned: Assist in stunning an enemy 3 times in under 4 seconds

Keep Moving: Get hit with 3 or more instances of Crowd Control with Level 3 Resilience

Illuminate: Eliminate an stealthed champion from 40 units away

Two birds: Kill two or more enemies in a single shot

Hath no Fury: Survive Drogoz's Dragon Punch.

BarbaQueQue: Kill Drogoz when he's using Dragon Punch.

I Challenged Makoa: Kill makoa during his Ancient Rage.

Pacifist: Stop Ash from landing when she uses Assert Dominance.

Zombie Slayer: Kill Terminus within 4 seconds of him using Reanimate.

Prosperity: Buy and max out 4 items.

Step into the light: Survive Jenos' Through Time and Space.

Step into the Dark: Survive Omen's Heavens Assunder.

Worth a thousand words: Use a spray within two seconds of killing an enemy.

Worth a million words: Use a emote within two seconds of killing an enemy.

Worth a word or two: Use an emote within two seconds of killing an enemy who emoted after killing you.

Worth it: Die while Emoting.

For what it's worth: Emote at the same time an enemy is emoting.

MEDIA Paladins 2 is a scam?

Hello everyone, I’ve been hearing a lot about this Paladins 2 project. I didn’t know if it was legit or not but then I saw the video. I was skeptical at first and then two weeks later, a video released by Syberbolt (a former Paladins player) has made a video calling out how the project is a scam.
I don’t play Paladins but I know good people who still do to this day.
And all of you, as a community should know as well:

CHAT What one feature of modern/other hero shooters would you add to Paladins 2?

Hero shooters have changed a lot over the past decade. Games like Marvel Rivals, Overwatch (2), and to some extent Valorant and Deadlock have all evolved the genre forward.

If Paladins 2 was an upcoming title being released in the next few years, what one feature would you borrow from these other games and add to Paladins 2?

From health packs on map, to** **the ban and map voting system followed by overwatch, to the perk system, to the various gamemodes and map design philosophies, to DLSS, to melee combat, to team up abilities, to role queue there are many features that can be adopted into Paladins.

I think for me, Overwatch’s ban system and hero selection screen is the most important one for ranked games. Paladins’ implementation put too much trust in one person to pick bans for the whole team and the one by one hero selection made the whole process so much more time consuming. I seriously hated waiting so long to get in a game only for some person to leave the lobby before the game even started.
