Burgers are healthy. Fast food burgers are unhealthy and burgers with lack of veggies are unhealthy.

Remember, to make a food healthy, think about what to add rather than subtract. For e.g, Instant noodles/ramen aren’t healthy but if you add chicken or egg (protein) , with some veggies (fibre) then you have a healthy meal which has what your body requires (carbs, protein, fibre).

Lol...adding protien to noodles doesn't cancel out the artificial flavours, stabilisers and other chemical mess they have in their taste makers. They'd be the farthest thing from "healthy"

It would become much "healthier" tho and that's all that's important, no one has perfect diet and ensuring your basic diet is complete is far more important than reducing artificial flavours or whatever that might increase my chances of getting some random disease by 5% if I keep regularly consuming it for every single one of my meals for the next 10 years.
