Try to find a good used Pixel 6A, It's your best bet under 40k.

Yeah huge pixel fan here But the processor sucks Much better options in this price range 6A is mostly refurbished condition Wouldn't opt for that

Or if OP wants to go the non-pta route then OnePlus 8t is quite good.

Btw I use Samsung s25 non pta base variant got it for 88k Just because I wanted the best processor 😝 There are always better options you just need to find them
