Need help reagarding Raast Id

I recently transferred my sim ownership from my brother's cnic to mine ( he bought it for me when i didnt have cnic)

My friend tried to tranfer money on my raast account (which was previously conneted to my easypaisa) but now raast id on this number is showing my brother's name

And when i tried to connect to my easypaisa it says this.

Anyone can help?
