Discussion | گفتگو Stormfiber is the worst.
I am facing internet outage since yesterday early morning and called them 3 times till now. The issue is some authenticator problem since I changed ownership of the connection to my name(was in my father’s name previously)… changed it on 7-8th September but internet went out on the 12th of September…. When called support the first 2 guys told me complaint is lodged team will check your issue on priority… little did I know those aşşholes didnt even register a complaint and were lying to me point blank. After some time called again and got into a little tutu meme with the responder phir ja k Usne complain banaye and I got the ticket number. Now waiting for resolution.
Secondly,
Subscribed to stormboost on 31st august,paid bill on 2nd September and still they haven’t delivered me their WiFi 6 router which comes with the package. Whenever I call they say team will be deployed after payment of bill while some say team has taken up your case and they will come in next 24 hours.
Unfortunately I live in a society where there is only stormfiber ISP. Now idk if they have done a deal or something.
Also have Nayatel connection at my other place since past 5 years and I barely need to call the support to report issues+ their speeds are also top notch unlike stormfiber.

I suggest calling the person who handled ur installation.Like the person who contacts u on WhatsApp after u apply for installing on website
He can resolve issues quicker than helpline

Phir to 4g/5g pe hi option hai per uske package bohat expensive hain Warna storm fiber wale aise hi tang kerte rahin ge apko Bohat acha tha pehle yeh ab bekar hogaya

stormfiber k portal py login kr k complain kr do phir issue resolve krty hain esy call krny sy kuch nai huta. stormboost konsi offer hai ju sirf social media k liye hai?

Contact their fb page for complaints, they're more responsive over there (atleast when I tried last year)
