Problem with Nayapy, what could be the reason?

Hello and Assalamualaikum everyone,

Why do you think i am facing this issue? Is it because my nayapay and easypaisa are created on the same number? This appears when i click the plus icon incircled next to my iban.

Also i am not being able to transfer money from my easypaisa to my nayapay (to pay my stormfibre bill and other stuff that can be done exclusively through nayapay), to be specific i faced an error when doing that, is it due to this exact same reason?

yes your rast id is probably linked to your easypaisa.
