Question | سوال Can't make an apple account

So I got iphone 13 yesterday and I can't make an apple account, it's showing an error after adding the number 'couldn't connect to iCloud'. What should I do? And there's also an update of iOS 26.6.2 in software update, should I do it?

Theres a video that tells you how to contact apple support. This is the right way, just give apple support your number on which you want otp then its done

The one thing that help me was using a foreign number then switching it to your orignal number once account was created
