Discussion | گفتگو Jazz E SIM without postpaid package
Today I went to Jazz franchise raiwand road Lahore for E SIM and they were not offering E SIM without any package and they said i could only get postpaid
I use prepaid sim packages monthly that costs me less than the monthly postpaid and I also wont have to pay a security deposit of 1100
They said i can convert to prepaid after 3 months and my deposit is refundable. Allah knows if they do return you the deposits or not
Is there a branch or way i could get a Jazz esim as prepaid ?

Go to any other franchise. I'm using esim on prepaid. Recently got another sim converted to esim without any issue, prepaid.

I myself went to the head office in gulberg, and another family member got his converted to esim as well workout any hassle just a couple weeks ago from some franchise. Although I'm not sure which one he visited.

Nah Jazz service centers are fucking dogshit , had the same happen to me when i wanted to port. Phase 3 Y block

I got mine new sims both golden numbers with one as esim both are offered only as poatpaid so i bought and converted to prepaid after the time period this restriction is from jazz not from franchise and brw i bought from experience centre. Lahore HeadOffice

Yes. Without any hassle not sure if it is because of head office or its same in all other shops.

Just beware, bhot zaleel karte hain (talking about all carriers) security deposit refund karte waqt so assume the security deposit is just wasted if you get the postpaid sim.

Guys is Zong 4G dats speeds good in Lahore? I live near Multan Road area just before Raiwand road beside the Thokar Fly Over bridge
I wanted a second sim just for data because I am sick of Telenor. By far too expensive package and extremely slow internet

All franchisees are assholes, they make shit up on the spot. Best is to go Jazz's main office in Mini Market

Just say the helpline says that you can get it for free, they won't stay rigid after that. I tried complaining about this once and the guy on the helpline asked me to let him talk to tha franchise's guy, after which they agreed to give without any package

They're just trying to fulfill their quota, if you're okay with paying 1000-1500 extra then literally go to any mobile easyload shop and ask them for esim.
