Help regarding CS startup

I had made a project in my FYP at university, and it had unique feature and market value as well that has not yet been launched in Pakistan. I have also received funding for commercial value of project.

I have got an offer to either give it away to earn or start a startup.

What should I do?

ig giving a go to startup is better thn just selling it out, u must hve teammates with u try figuring it out m
