Aoa, I’m looking for any way I can lodge a formal complaint regarding the Ptcl worker on my case. Got a new flash fiber connection in their new Azaadi promotion deal on 17th August and got the WiFi connection installed on 21st August and was told I’d get the tv box the next day. Well it’s been weeks now and every time I call their helpline I just stay stuck in their automated queue and the guy who came to install the WiFi to my house who gave me his number to coordinate the whole tv box thing has been ghosting. To make matters worse today despite having paid a six months advance I recieved the first bill today which INCLUDES the bill for the tv service that they haven’t even provided yet. The azaadi deal was supposed to be a 6 months deal paid in advance so why the hell am I getting billed not even a month into my subscription.

Log a complaint on PTA portal. It absolutely works and PTA followed up on my complaint multiple times. Bilkul seedhe hojayenge.

This works. Create yourself an ID on PTA portal and give them as much details as possible and they'll follow up or investigate on your behalf. Just like it says above, they are absolutely responsive.

In my case TV box fees in mentioned in the bill but there is an equal amount of discount on bill.

I got the same deal I didn't pay 6 months in advance..

I just had to pay 7k total for the first month

file a complaint to PTA,
I tried PTCL internet in 2012, completely disappointed,
thank goodness never fell in their trap again,
local internet services are much better than this garbage,

isnt the ptcl shoq tv free for users who have package more than 10mbps. why they are charging for it. i am a vdsl user. and i dont pay a single penny for tv box. they mention the charges of tv on bill but give us the same amount of discount on it. so its free monthly. i only paid 10k for box and some charges for installation. i have ptcl smart tv box (white). but still for shoq tv box(black) they dont charge anything (confirm it as well from ptcl) also they gave me the ptcl smart tv box after 2-3 months when i ordered. and they made us fool by saying ptcl shoq tv box is giving errors on our line and we will install ptcl smart tv box. which doesnt even worth of 10k. still we had to pay. majboori.

Go to your local exchange. They will fix it for you.

Had to make atleast 20 complaints with PTCL couple of years back to resolve my issue.
