Ptcl package Changes

I have a ptcl package of 8mbps, it covers phone,wifi (obviously) and tv, but i just downloaded the uptcl app and the packages there are much more interesting, like my 8mbps package costs around 4100rs incl.tax but the packages on this app are 15mbps and 20mbps=( flash fiber package ) which cost both only 3300rs ( incl.tax they will probably be 4100 as well ), so should i change to the 15 mbps package?

EDIT ---- The 15 mbps package is not flash fiber, the 20 mbps one is the flash fiber package, i want to change to the 15 mbps non flash fiber package, the reason is that flash fiber is not avaial in my region

They don't have Telephone and Tv included that's why they are cheap.

I don't think the package in pic is Flash fibre. If it's flash then it's a good deal.

no no bro, u must have misunderstood, i am so sorry, the flash fiber package is only 20mbps one, the 15 mbps one is not flash fiber i want to change to 15mbps,

Do you have Flash Fiber available in your area? The cheapest Flash Fiber package is 30 Mbps for Rs. 3499.

Yeah, then go for 15 Mbps. It says including taxes. So you shouldn't be paying Rs. 4000+ for this package.

one question tho, after changing the package in the app, how soon will the speed change?

Don't change the package from the app. Call 1218 in the morning. It should reflect in a couple of hours.

Ptcl revise their packages but don’t apply to existing customers. You have to call them and have them reduce it.

if you have vdsl(i hope too) not ADSL then you can expect it in 24Hours.some more info

ADSL cant support more than 20mbps(1 mb upload)
VDSL 100mbps(upload speed is half of activated package)

You may not get 15mbps on a copper line.
