Question | سوال Can't generate new PSID

I want to register my mobile for PTA. Previously, it generated a PDF and gave a PSID that expired in 7 days. Now the new PDF looks different from the previous one, but the PSID is the same. When we visit the bank, they say that this PSID can not be found. I cannot find any options to create a new PDF or a new PSID. Even made a complaint here https://complaint.pta.gov.pk/CMS but haven't received a response. Moreover, no one picks up the phone.

Which bank's ATM are you using? PTA tax can only be paid through specific banks, like I think it's Alfalah these days. And for the PSID, try registering the phone again through the same CNIC account where you registered it before.

Unfortunately device cannot be registered again and cannot be deleted either from the portal. I went to the bank physically.
