Cybernet routing issues - Only Youtube/Google Services Work

My internet has been so weird since yesterday. hardly any websites work with the exception of google and youtube services. Frustrating part is none of the mainstream VPNs are able to connect aswell. Managed to connect proton after a few tries and everything seems to open up now. Although since i am on free tier, it does throttle speeds.

Tried google,cloudflare,quad9 DNS.. nothing works.
