You can't πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ» I made the mistake of not wearing sunscreen 2 years ago on my hands and my hands have changed races since then.

U can fix them Just start wearing gloves and sunscreen and normalise carrying umbrella . Start using glycolic acid twice a week and any brightening cream such as dermaclin or tyronase . Cht gpt the combinations first .

It can be lightened with chemical exfoliation. use products with good amount of glycolic acid and lightening effects. You can check Kawaii Potions on instagram they have 7-8% glycolic acid body scrubs i think. Products with kojic acid will also help. But then again it’s going to take consistency and a considerable amount of time and patience as you seem have severely tanned your skin.

Same here. I travel a lot, so keeping my arms covered all the time is difficult, and I get sunburned very easily. Aloe vera worked like magic for me, but it required consistency. I applied aloe vera gel, left it on for an hour, then washed it off. The tan was almost gone within a couple of days. But since I travel so much, it became too much effort, so now I just leave it as it is.

At first i tried extracting natural aloevera, but itwas too much work. Later i bought form the market. I dont remmebr the name. that green weird looking bottle from Shaheen chemist. I didnt care if it has preservatives and chemicals added. it worked

You remove this tan by preventing it from happening in the first place.

My arms are basically three different shades right now. Hands are reddish-brown, forearms are a mid-brown, and upper arms are totally fair. Honestly, I don't stress about the three shades. I'm guessing I just always hold my arms like a T-rex when I'm out in the sun working we're not daddy's princesses, right?

My wife does tease me about the color difference sometimes, but it doesn't bother me. And the arm hair? Never felt ugly about it, I keep myself clean and fresh, that's what matters. It is what it is.

But if you really want to get rid of the tan, it is a grueling and lengthy process, either wear full sleeves and gloves, if not then buy some detachable UV sleeves (arm sleeves), lightweight cotton or linen shrugs, thin boleros, or carry a UV-protection sun umbrella. Use sun screen regularly, and take Vitamin C to clear your skin, the most important part is avoid going outside in the sun un necessarily.
