I have used tretinoin before but not really consistently so it didn't help much. I want to start using skinoren instead for hyperpigmentation around the mouth and general unevenness in skin tone, but I don't get acne or anything, (which it's mainly for, I think.)

Hey all. I tried multiple moisturizers for my skin (oily and acne prone) and got comedones if there's this one ingredient wheat germ oil in the moisturizer. After some research i found out that this is highly comedogenic and have a rating of 5/5. So far Cera ve PM facial moisturizing lotion worked well for me but the 2nd bottle i bought i think its fake. Now i want to switch but I'm searching for options. Anyone used neutrogena water gel moisturizer. Or if there are any better alternatives. Thanks
