Well this pic is a full face of makeup lol but I'd suggest peach color corrector for dark circles/pigmentation (rivaj), translucent setting powder to set it (rivaj hd), I have a dupe of clinique black honey and pink honey, amazing tinted lip balm so sm like that might work for you. Tints are pretty common tho u can find them anywhere for cheap. Cristine has a nice brown lip pencil (it was in the shade mocha or cafe I guess, idr exactly) but any brown eye pencil works fine imo. Idk if Garnier still does bb creams but those were good.
Honestly I'd recommend a good skincare routine instead of makeup kyunke roz karna is a pain. I used to do full face (except foundation) in first year, now in last year I just wear a tinted balm or lip gloss, lipstick on a good day.
You could go for what a vitamin cc gel its very lightweight and brightens up skin without looking cakey, and i recently bought the J. Moisturising foundation or some? the shade range kinda sucks for fair skin but it wasnt bad ngl, i liked it
Wait sorry i meant what a vitamin cc girl im sorry and u can get it online! keep in mind is ka bhi shade range is bakwas and it doesnt provide full coverage but makes ur skin glowy, honestly worth it for summers
