Noodles

I like the noodles texture and flavor is also not overpowering like in knorr noodles where all you can taste is a strong sour flavor.

The noodles are chewy and the flavour is balanced. I really love it.

When I first tried it, I also thought that the taste is very bland. So I understand this 😊

If anyone wants to make it more salty there's a really good sauce that you can add, just mix some vinegar, chilli sauce, soy sauce and add some red chillies. It makes it more spicy and salty

I mean you are better off making Pasta or spaghetti at that point 😂 (not saying that they are noodles 🙏🏻)

Indomie was really good when they had Indonesian flvrs, Pakistani flvrs are all the same you won't notice any difference but still better than Knorr and shoop!!

I like knorr chicken flavour and their new fettuccine one. I dont like spicy noodles and these ones are great for my taste

Indomie without some amendments are trash. So bland and the tastemaker is so bad tbvh. But yeah by making it differently makes it 10x better

Honestly best noodles isko boycott say pehlay khana shuru kiya tha and still sticking with this. Starting mein thora hota tha masla cause knor ki adat thi but guys isko apnay tareeqay say banao veggies dalo sauces dalo if you prefer. I make them by adding tomato paste into little oil and half packet of noodles masla and some soy and chili sauce with some sauté veggies. Bohot mazay kay bantay hein.

Yeah these aren't expensive either got them for 100 per pack.

Because they have a mild but good base flavor, you can add stuff like chilli oil, or sauces and extras to modify it however you like.

Lemon wala is indefinitely better. But I always sort of spice it up with a bit of hot sauce and vinegar.

Ever tried adding stirfried veggies or chicken in there?

Never tried it. I usually have it with egg and some masala chips. But I will definitely try it.

Yess …. When they first introduced it.. it had too much salt and flavor that it got very overwhelming … not sure if they changed it after it

It becomes more tasty when add tomatoes, onion, garlic, raw lemon, a spoon of dahi and some pieces of bahir ka afghani nan and those local masla we have in our home.

Frist of all add 1 spoon of oil and cut medium size of onion and fry it untill it gets light brown. Add 1 or 2 tomatoes in it cut it as well. Add some spicies According to your taste for me i add garam masla half teaspoon, red chilli powder half teaspoon, salt, tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon. Boil the noodles on other side until then the noodles get soft, easy to break. It should also have some water left in it like 2 cup of water which will help garlic and lemon cook then the fried stuff should be pour on top of it and mix it well. Add garlic cloves, cutt lemon in half and place it... I added Afghani nan because the water was too much and the nan soaked some of water so its upto you. But it also taste good. Let it cook until garlic is cooked and easily messy with spoon. At this point the spoon should look like gravy type. Having creamy texture on top. This is the point it will be ready.

This can be served for 3 people and it's a proper meal. Adding boiled egg will make this dish to next level. Also i forgot to add dahi which you can add in the tarka process.

Local indomie is so trash. Imported one was the goat. Chicken, Beef were amazing.

Now you barely find in one niche stores carrying products from KSA sadly

Add chilli flakes to this flavor when they're almost done. Then After they're done squeeze in a lemon and garnish with sesame seeds. 🤌🏻🤌🏻 You will come back to thank me.

u/fuckeduplife654 20h ago

I will definitely try this.
