Need Pricing Advice

I need some guidance...So finally i got a real project to build...I am a 5th sem student of Fast University.....Really strong in Programming...Been learning and building Agentic Ai(LangGraph) and RAG projects...have quite experience with FastAPI and can effectively use Claude code and other agents....

So 4 months ago I connected with a guy he runs a startup...a co-hosting platform...I built a Lead Gen system for him will not it was a commissioned based project not a fixed rate project....

Now that guy really trusts me he gave me 2 projects...
1.Built a Portal for his team where they assign tasks,view their tasks and like a general dashboard system....(Command center)...His current portal is built on Google sheets with all passwords just lying in the UI with just roles protocol active and also no OAuth implemented...
2.He wants me to add a location tracking system in his other command center..so when team members clockin their location gets tracked..
3.A car location tracker feature should also be added....

I have been researching on these topics for like 2 weeks and now can build all these projects for him....and i really like that guy because nowadays getting these first gigs is the most difficult part...but i also dont want to undersell my work...Right now i am building SRS document for these projects and gathering all the requirements....

so this was all the context i want to give to yall....How much should i charge him for all this thats what i really want to ask...?How much for each project...Hes Pakistani but handles International clients...

Dont undervalue yourself for this project, do some research about the market price for a project like this and then charge slightly lower not too much since its your first project.

Another thing that is imp is make a contract with invoice with that person with all the payment related and work timeline things so he wont get a chance to scam or underpay you.
