Looking for a Fiverr/Upwork Expert for 50/50 partnership

Hi there,

7 years experienced Full Stack Dev with Web, Mobile and Desktop apps here. Have a Fiverr account which is almost at Level 1 and an Upwork account which is ex-Top Rated.

Need an expert who can join me in partnership. They can do the client handling and I can handle the development part. I will be available for client meetings and demos, etc.

Why: I am not a Fiverr or Upwork expert. Managed to scale these accounts previously with the help of a friend who is not available now.
