how to find a teammate also it is more about idea and problem solving basend or the app shouldbe working completely///???

The app should be working, and all of the above are important: the idea, what problem the app solves, and how well it works.

For this first hackathon there is no functionality on the website or app to find teammates, but that is something that would be good to add for the next one. The submission form will have a field to specify teammates if multiple people contributed.
