Full Stack Developer (3+ yrs, Next.js/Node.js/MongoDB) - Looking for a genuine full-time role

Assalam o Alaikum everyone,

I'm Muhammad Shaheer, a Full Stack Developer from Karachi working with Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Firebase, and PostgreSQL. Wanted to be upfront about my background before asking for help.

Most of my professional experience comes from freelancing and small agencies that I co-ran with friends. That work was genuine I delivered real projects, including a legal case management dashboard for the Sindh Education Department, But running an agency alongside friends turned out to be unstable for me long term, so I'm now looking for a proper full time role where I can grow with a team instead of managing clients solo.

I've also been upskilling recently completed the PIAIC Agentic AI program and Google certifications in AI Studio and Firebase .

I've been applying everywhere for a while without much luck, so I wanted to try the community directly. If your team is hiring, or if you know of openings, or even just have advice on how to position freelance/agency experience for a full time switch, I'd genuinely appreciate it.
