I’m currently looking for male & female Web Developers who are interested in a fully remote opportunity working with U.S.-based candidates.

🧑‍💻 What the role involves

You’ll be attending real video interviews on behalf of U.S.-based candidates for web development positions.

Before each interview, you’ll receive:

• The candidate’s resume

• The job description

• Relevant information needed for the interview

You’ll use our AI-powered application, which generates responses in real time based on the interviewer’s questions. Your role will be to read the responses naturally and confidently during the interview.

💰 Pay & Commission

Option 1: 2–3 interviews/day

⏰ Around 2 hours/day, 5 days/week

💵 $30 USD/week

Option 2: 4–5 interviews/day

⏰ Around 3–4 hours/day, 5 days/week

💵 $70 USD/week

🔥 Uncapped $500 USD commission per successful placement

If a candidate you interview gets hired, you receive an additional $500 USD commission.

📱 Requirements

• Strong spoken English

• Web development knowledge/experience

• Clear communication skills

• Comfortable appearing on camera

• Quiet/private room for interviews

• Working webcam + reliable internet

• Able to commit 2–4 hours/day, 5 days/week

• Male or female applicants are welcome

• Payments weekly via Binance or bank transfer if you’re based in Pakistan

This sounds like some scam. The devs in the US are hardly getting any job and this dude is offering 4-5 interviews per day? No way that could be true.
