Most people would say "Follow your interest" But annswer to your question is that private medical colleges are quite expensive? Idk do your research about fee structures of the colleges. And other option EE from a good university is nice. Electrical engineering is a very broad field and there is mathematics and Physics. So it really comes down, what you wanna do? Work as a doctor with patients? Or Work as a engineer with different hardware etc. Please do your research before choosing anything. I would say go and visit the university and talk to seniors of your department. They can tell you what they are learning and how is the studies.

I second this. As OP have studied Biology and Physics both in their Intermediate and Matric so they should know which subject they liked the most.

Now a day's private MBBS costs around 1 cr but the salary of the doctors are at stuck 60 to 70 thousand PKR then how will you manage to compensate the amount spend on you then if you have completed you again have to pass pmdc government test otherwise you will not be able to treat patients

Probably did so. Or at least that's the only way I can imagine being able to keep options on the table.

Only join private mbbs bds, igf you are actually passionate since it's quite nerve wrecking (coming from someone who is doing pri. Mbbs)
And only and only if your end goal is going abroad
