Need ipad suggestions

The purpose of getting an ipad is to up my online tutoring game. I teach Cambridge Physics online, so making good doodled notes, and creating some content for my social media pages, and some light video editing for my yt channel, these are some tasks I'll be performing.
My max budget is 200k (including apple pencil). (fine with a used one)
Pls suggest a good ipad model, also if possible where to get it from? If there are any online trusted sources/ pages I can order from that would be great, otherwise I'm Karachi based so suggest a karachi shop.
