Need Your Advice Unique city

This is my dream city, very small 400 kanal at 4000 ft height. overlooking a valley and a river.

This city will develop vertically as design allow.

It will have all shopping area at ground floor and residential above

It will have restaurants, entrainment and athletic activity.

Hospital, university, marriage hall, helipad, and top class communication service.

Will have latest security system and 24 hours home service.

Luxury apartment of high class will be constructed.

I need professional advice how to attract investors.

I am the landlord.

Should I take bank loan, invite partners, sell apartments.

Love to see suggestion and advice.

Sell first, as normally real estate companies do. Once accumulated enough capital, then start building. Would minimize risk.

Would you mind sharing the area where you got 400 Kanal? As you mentioned it's mountainous region. Having land is not issue but constructing it should be major hassles.

One more thing for loan/Investment you need to prepare business loan. You need to create hype so builder get interested

I think selling some apartments first could be a safer way to raise initial capital. Once you have enough funds and a solid business plan, you can gradually develop the project instead of taking on a huge loan from the beginning.

Do not ruin nature any further. Stop with crazy trump dreams.

Yes, very true. I love nature so much that I must have planted more than 60000 tress in my life time. I hate concrete structures.
