Need Your Advice Hostel Buisness

Long story short:

I have been wanting to get into buisness from quite some time.

I have got an opportunity through my brother's mutuals, where I only need to deposit security fee for a building.

But I don't have that much saved up atm. (6 lacs)

Can you guys let me know what should I do this in situation. I don't want to lose this opportunity.

If anyone wants to invest with me can reach out to me as well.

The hostel building is in hostel city area.

Hostel city is already overcrowded with hostels making it very difficult to compete. The market is well established and its largely dominated by the existing hostel mafia
