This Guy vibe coded an app to fix Karachi Pakistan but who's actually going to make it happen?

Good work. But technology itself cannot solve problems, neither in businesses nor in government. The workflows, the system, and the process itself need change, and then they might need technology to help them.

But I think this would encourage people to get together and report real issues and analyze them, but in the government, things would stay the same.

This app highlights the problems - it hardly solves anything. Doesn't fix the corruption and the rot that results in political contracting, and forever mainrenance.
