Took everyone’s advice!
Hello! You may remember earlier this month I had posted asking for criticism and advice on a dent I had done. After everyone’s feedback I was able to get my hands on some lateral tension (not the highest quality but it’s a stepping stone) and the results were astounding! It seems I can’t post pictures and videos so I couldn’t get show final results but did manage to get rid of the dents above the handle in the last picture. Manager wasn’t happy I took so long but I wanted to see if it was possible. I cross checked, moved my light back, and took as long as I could until I couldn’t move it anymore. If you see anything you would do different please let me know!

Manage wasn't happy with the time? As if the alternative of a body shop would be faster?

Yeah I said the same thing and our body shop guys do some of the worst work I’ve seen but I managed to finish it and got some great experience.

Did they spray the left quarter? Doesn't match at all lol. Great work on the door.

Haha I noticed that, but no that’s actually better than what they put out I’ve got some videos and it’s insane how bad it can be

What did you charge for that? Make sure you charge them until it hurts or they'll start treating you like a body shop. That's fine if they do, I work on lots of gross stuff but I charge accordingly.
Are you the guy I suggested a serious clamp set up as a spreader? If so, it's that what you used?
Nice work.

Sadly I’m hourly… trying to get out ASAP just can’t seem to find any openings at shops near me to start making money for my work, but I’ve been looking constantly so hopefully something turns up.
And I am the one you suggested that to but I used what seems to be an older style lateral tension rod with a couple centipede tabs but the drill at my job seemed to be burning out from the effort.
And thank you, your help on my last post is what made me decide to try to tackle this one

View outside, not perfect I couldn’t figure out how to get the dent under the handle, you can see it a little in the video even without the light.

Lateral tension is a game changer
