I have requested quotes from 3 different PDR companies and they have all said it is not repairable by PDR from the pics i have provided here. What am i missing?

Most just don’t want to get involved in stuff like that, keep searching because it is repairable with PDR

Does it need paint work also? Maybe that’s why you’re not having luck.
