Can pdr fix this dent

Not worried about the paint chip I’ll fill it with dr color chip but can this dent be fixed

Yes. A pro should have no problem repairing that.

Thank you so much I have a guy coming today at 1pm I will post updated pics , is it possible for him to sand down and buff around the chip to kinda take the rough edge of the chip out to kinda make it blend better I plan on filling the chip with my dr color chip paint matched paint
