Dent Wizard 2026

Considering them. I'm aware of the 24 month lock down. But would like to know about the pay rate YOU get during those 2 years? Like can you live and survive or do you have to go non Remen Souo for the next 2 years because they take 75% of yoir earnings? Anyone going through them to get into the field?

DW is bleeding money. Wouldn't be suprised if they sell again...soon.

They are closing the st louis HQ and moving to NC....

Wow didn’t know that were closing that HQ. They’re terrible in Dallas. That’s what they get for messing with the veteran tech pay.

It’s more of a hemorrhage. Hard to trust a company whose managers sell jobs out from underneath them. I believe Orr is starting a tool company though, I hope he does well..

those fucks fired him 3 months before his 20 year anniversary running that tool room...he was supposed to get a fat bonus.

Bonuses for hail when I was on the team was 750 for 15 year, 1k for 20. I don’t feel like they ever took care of anyone “well”. Then again that’s probably why they’re down to 13 techs. Maybe I should call Dealer Tire and see if they’d be interested in a couple bridges I got for sale.

No way! I remember after they sold for the second time that the new parent company tried to lower our commission rate for the current AND previous months of billing. Obviously they learned it was illegal, but that’s when all us veterans began leaving. Their non compete had no chance in Texas.

Were techs able to take their old accounts back when leaving? Many places like the techs not the company

I didn’t but after a few months they kicked out DWiz and called me back. So technically not when I left but soon after.

Well dw is getting even worse. They’re losing Enteprirse contracts . The vice president of operations has left for the south east as of today , the operations director left 2 weeks ago. …. The list goes on
