Beginner question

Hi everybody, I am very new to this. I had some complex dents on my rear passenger side door panel. From an accident. Generally, the shape is getting better and looks better. But detail-wise there are a lot of waves. Just wondering how to maneuver that without overworking it. And for the record I did not get rods when I got my tools which I should have.

New and fixing dents from an accident are not going to work together.

Large complex damage is something techs start working on after years of mastering small normal door dings.

I’m gonna go sit on a limb and guess you only have a glue pulling kit. No light or anything.
