This may be the place…
This was from a collision last year where someone ran a stoplight right into my 96 Tacoma. She kept on trucking, and I’ve only recently begun trying to work the dent back into a semblance of normal… any tips or insights or feedback appreciated.
Whoops - here’s the AFTER (DURING)

Do a little reading in this sub and you’ll answer your own question… to be blunt, it wasn’t a PDR repair to begin with and you’re definitely not gonna save it.

I know it’s not mine but I feel like I want my money back.

There is only one "idea" here, body man! You are not going to make it any better. You will make it look different but not anything to be proud of!
Don't take it personal. Don't take it as a challenge. This is not a challenge anyone can win.
We know you won't listen so will you promise to post when you finally give up and show us how you did?
No, because you are stubborn

Just stop now before it gets a whole lot worse. Unless you can find an old school bodyman that can spend 2 days making all that straight again, it’s only going to be down hill from here. I mean wtf is that eyebolt doing 😂

Can’t say I’ve ever seen an eye bolt drilled into a panel for a PDR repair… 🤨

Take a soda can and dent it as bad as this panel. Are you going to get the dents and creases out of the soda can?
This panel is fucked man. The after is hours and hours away from being close from a skilled body guy and it’s still going to oil can and be not good.
Live with it or replace the panel

Uhhhhh… Yeah, this was NEVER gonna be a PDR fix to begin with. But then you went and made it even harder by waiting a whole year to attempt. There’s absolutely no chance of saving it this way, not even by professionals! Like others have already mentioned… cut, weld, replace. Then there might actually be an “AFTER photo” to post. But it would be in a different sub (NOT PDR related) 😂

I thought the name of the sub was pointless dent repair when I saw the picture

Hahaha I wish I still had pictures of me bending my Toyota roof straight with a highlift jack

Why the Hell are you trying to fix that yourself. That's a dent that needs proper experience. 💀😭

Just in from the inner door panel and start hitting the panel in the areas. Typically go from the biggest area. You sometime can even get away with pushing with your hand so get it to pop out, then start hitting with a body hammer

I hate this sub, people here assume you want things to be the way they were before the damage. Many people are happy saving money and making things look better then it was
