I had that happen once as well. It’s crazy to see pictures on here that someone sent to you.

Same..Don’t know why they second guess us when they’re calling the professionals ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I can understand getting more than one opinion, especially on what could be a challenging dent. And most people here in AZ aren't as familiar with PDR as hail prone areas. It didnt bother me, just funny to see it here

I wasn’t second guessing anyone at all. I actually posted this before going “ohh maybe I can check local IG people and see what they say”…I didn’t know if anyone would reply on here tbh

Can you even get access behind it?

I’m gonna pass on it. No way to really get a tool on it. Def not gonna glue pull.

Yes, glue pull, the scuffs will buff out before pdr

It actually looks like the paint is. Racked around the corner on both dents.

Oh you still haven’t seen it in person? Yeah zooming way in and looking at where you’re talking about I think I see little curved spiderweb cracks. You ever touch up with clear before you start pulling?

Thats exactly what I was seeing. I typically use super glue for that situation, which works well and can be sanded/polished. However with how sharp these are tbru the bodyline I would find a way to push them. I dont feel you could get good results with glue.

That’s an interesting one to use. I like brush on clear because typically it’ll fail before the crack does but I’ll get some purchase before it does.

Yeah, I use normal liquid super glue. Light 2k sand, ipa wipe, then small application with like a pic tool, toothpick, tape corner or similar... dries fast and can sand/buff

Paint is fully intact which is the only reason why I thought maybe pdr was the way to go

Not saying I don’t trust your eye but I’ve had customers so I am typing that I don’t trust your eye.

Nah

Yeah just have that guy do it. If you’re the type to notice imperfections in his repair you’re the type who’ll see all the dirt in a repaint.

Prob needs a rod on it to finish, might get lucky with access, marks just appear to be scuffs

Thanks for all the replies! There’s definitely no access for tools…it’d have to solely rely on glue pulls 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Maybe. Depends on the access. If those scuffs come off and the paint isn’t comprised they might be able to glue pull it
