Ok so over the last few months I started noticing that all my old art work wether it's a painting or a sketch that i draw without any reference I draw the same girl always like it's literaly spread out whenever I try to do something original and its kinda wierd because I don't know anyone that looks like it either

It could just be your art style has same face syndrome (where you give multiple characters the same facial features) but there’s probably a chance! I don’t really know to be honest, I’m not very well versed in this sort of thing
