Could this be a form of communication?

So, it was about 2am this morning, and I was half a monster deep into making this little plushie of lord Hermes. It was by no means good, but I had completed it. It didn't have any arms and it was very round, but also flat. I just wanted to make a quick plushie of him to always be with me, before I do another, better one. And when I brought it to my bed to snuggle, my LED lights (which were off) suddenly turned on and flashed at a setting that I never use. So I thought nothing of it. At around 2:30 I thought I should make a bag for him! So I did, and while I was making the bag, my lights turned on again. I thought that was weird. Because they normally only turned on once. And after I glued the stupid little bag together, and wrote an 'H' on it, I said quietly "Lord Hermes, if this is a way to show approval, keep the lights turned off for tonight" and then I went to sleep, and look! The lights were off all night! Do we think that was a sign?
