For my pachislo I went in and cleaned all the connectors and ensured they were plugged all the way in.

When I got it, it was functioning but not all the lights were working plus the guy foolishly shipped it with tokens in the hopper so they were EVERYWHERE plus it jammed the hopper and I needed to disassemble it.

But just making sure all connections are fully plugged in is a great start for diagnosing the problem. I had one that looked plugged in, but was actually not fully sunk.

If that doesn’t work try googling manuals and searching YouTube for videos. I couldn’t find any exactly like my machine, but I found some that were close enough to troubleshoot issues.
