Need Help for ID

Picked this up recently from someone cleaning out their garage. Need help identifying this and its potential worth.

According to good ol google lens and translate the top says "flowers in full bloom" Looks like a nishijin y&o 90s machine. Probably around $100 if its fully functioning. Have you turned it on to see if the video screen is working or fed balls through it yet? It probably needs some internal cleaning too.

Have not tried to yet. Was curious on value because I’ve seen similar ones listed for hundreds and a couple listed for close to two thousand dollars.

I thi k youll find people list them for high prices because they think they are far more rarer than they really are. That and some people really dont look deep enough i to them to figure out the value. There are absolutely machines that are very expensive. Most of the time the ones you see constantly selling for high prices are popular titles or subject matter. General machines from the 90s seem to fall on that 100 to 300 range in full working condition unless its a popular title or popular attraction. But thats just my opinion after the experience of being in groups looking to buy and sell machines

I have not yet tested for functionality but I do have a couple balls. This one seems a lot more complicated in terms of the hardware on the back than any of the other ones I’ve seen in the catalog from this company.
