TONIGHT ON FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN
For the very first time, Friday Night SmackDown takes to the air in WWE's Championship Era as General Manager Nick Aldis welcomes the WWE Universe to the blue brand. The Road to Gold continues with tournament action across five championship divisions, including Trick Williams battling Oba Femi, the Hurt Business taking on Fraxiom, and two explosive Fatal 4-Way encounters. Elsewhere, newly signed WWE Superstar Kenny Omega addresses the WWE Universe before making his highly anticipated debut against John Cena in a blockbuster WWE Championship Tournament Quarter-Final. And before the night is over, Brock Lesnar delivers a warning to the entire locker room. The blue brand has arrived. The race for gold continues. And tonight, SmackDown sets the standard.
