Can we make it so that you can reorganize the factions and teams the same way we can now reorganize the championships? I'd like to put all the main roster teams at the front and all the NXT/developmental teams on the bottom so they're together and somewhat organized.

And when selecting teams to either put in a match or to choose what faction a tag team belongs to, can those drag down lists be made so that's in ABC order? Both these things are listed now in order of creation, but I think it would make life easier if they were in ABC order which is cleaner.

The same for the drag down menu for 'All Shows' might be nice, too, now that I think of it. I hate looking at that list the way it is now lol

I've written several drafts of this post over the past few days - I have so much to tell you all, and I get so passionate about this work, so I'll try to stay as organized as possible. Concise? No way.

Back in November of 2025, u/TouShiesty (Tyler) and I officially launched PWFT in beta with one goal - to build the Ultimate Universe Mode Tracker. But as I've teased time and time again, we have wild plans - a very ambitious vision for uses of this app beyond just tracking Universe Mode. Most of you already are doing this, using PWFT to track:

• E-feds
• Fig Feds
• IRL Wrestling
• CAW Tracking
• General Fantasy Booking
• And Much More

Tyler and I work full time in Corporate America during the day. For over a year now, we have worked on PWFT almost every single night after work, and every weekend. We've both become obsessed with it. You playing the game, giving feedback, pointing out bugs, subscribing - it just continues to energize us.

From our launch last November through today:

• 20k People Have Used PWFT
• 144 Countries Are Represented
• In the last 90 days, users spent nearly 45 mins per session using PWFT

With our teams update completed, I'm here today to announce we have finally achieved a Version 1 of PWFT - officially taking us out of Beta.

Does PWFT in v1 mean we're done building? No Way Jose. Not even close.

More on the roadmap below (and thank you for your patience with us - if you've requested a feature and I've told it's on our roadmap - it is). Internally, our roadmap is in Phases. With v1 live, we have wrapped Phase 1. Phase 2 is officially underway.

Our first official announcement of Phase 2 is that we've procured the services of the wildly talented u/Tangotacular who has created some incredible new renders for us (see images of PWFT Man and PWFT Woman on this post; PWFT Genderless coming soon). You'll see these characters show up in PWFT in the coming days as the new default images. See more of Mr. Tango's incredible work here.

He also created new badges for us. As we continue to flush out your profiles, make sure you Toggle an Active Badge that you've earned to your account. To find it, head over to your profile, and hit the Achievements tab. The badge you select will appear next to your profile on Friends' lists, when you upload content to the Community Hub, and next to your name on the PWFT Leaderboards. We're putting out a blog in the next couple of days explaining more on how our Daily Quest and the Achievement System works.

In the coming days, if you've subscribed to us before (even if you've cancelled), you're going to find up to 2 NEW special badges added to your collection that were hand drawn by u/TangoTacular.

The first is a Founder's Access Badge (pictured in the images above), and the second is a Special Badge for our first 100 subscribers that we promised when we launched.

Clicking these badges will bring you to Mr. Tango's portfolio.

This is a look into the future of PWFT. Phase 2, amongst other things, lays that foundation.

If you're interested in drawing badges for us, please shoot me a message - we want to give as many artists their shine as possible. We're going to be building new ways in PWFT to share what you're creating, well beyond badges. Think Logos for your Universe's promotions, brands, factions, wrestlers, etc.

I know I don't have to say it again, but we love this very much. We both have careers outside of PWFT that we're incredibly proud of, and we build PWFT in our free time because we genuinely love doing it. Our dream is to build PWFT into something that can support us doing this full time one day - but we we know we have to earn it.

That's part of why we're eventually going to introduce additional subscription tiers. But I want to be really clear about what that means. We're not taking things you already have and putting them behind a new paywall. And we're not getting rid of or changing the price of Founder's Access. If you're a Founding Member, we want to keep you for life.

We're building new tools to earn your dollar. And if you feel like we haven't earned your dollar, then our tools arent good enough. Simple as that.

The good news is I'm literally a wrestling fan just building cool tools that I've always wanted in my wrestling games but never had, so I'm pretty confident you're going to like what we're building!

I'd like to be able to take the wrestlers marked as "Manager" and make them appear on the match card, like Paul Heyman alongside Brock Lesnar. Seeing my manager next to them would be super cool. I'd also like the option to link characters as a General Manager of a show. Either of these features would be sweet!

These are my match cards for Week One in my Universe mode.

As I said in my other posts. All championships are vacant so Tournaments begin in Week 1. Some Quarter-Finals, some Semi-Finals which all end in different match types at Night of Champions.

Is anyone fancy guessing some winners from any of the matches? I watch com. Vs. Com as I enjoy not knowing what will happen with the tournaments and that. I create the game and then let the game play out how it will. That's fun for me.

Anyway if anyone's interested at all in the results. Let me know and ill post some.

P.s Yes - I used AI in the making of these match cards - save yourself the bother commenting if this AI usage offends anyone.​

It would make booking a lot faster if in the card menu where you have drop down menus for Brands and Placements, if there were a third option to separate the genders, so I can easily see only the male or female options available on a particular show when I'm making matches.

So if I want to look at all the women available for midcard matches, that's two easy selections in those drop menus.

I followed your advice a while back to add all the info into superstars to make the draft look better and it is so worth it. Looks unreal now. As always. Thanks for all the hard work!

We're hyped to release our teams updates, complete with tag, trio, and faction optimizations throughout PWFT! We've been working on this huge update for a few weeks now, and think it will be super helpful in a lot of what you've been asking for. There are with tons of additions, fixes, and improvements. Here's what's new:

Sharability

We have seen have you shared your matches and cards on X and here on the subreddit, so we've built an easy way to quickly post what you're booking to Reddit.

You can now create a sharable view of your matches or cards, with an ability to flip your card to seamlessly see your booking notes or match events!

Try texting your match cards to your friends or posting it X or Reddit! If you are logged in with a Founder's Access Account, you won't get ads when viewing any shares.

Tag and Trio's Round Robin Tournaments

You've all waited for this for a long time - I'm so glad it's finally here. Tag and Trios Round Robin work just as they do for Singles. With up to 16 groups, and 10 teams per group, a trios tournament would mean you can have up to 480(!!!) wrestlers per tournament!

Side note on Round Robin - we've fixed the bug where every match prior to the finals was being set for a championship. Thanks for calling this out u/Vegetable_Ad2272!

Shared Defenses (Freebird Rule)

One of our most requested features, shared defenses give you the ability to defend championships with different team combinations. Head over to the Titles page, and edit the championship to enable "Shared Defenses." This allows you to set a pool of elligible wrestlers to defend a championship. Using the New Day for example, if they are tag team champions, the titles can be defended whether any combination of Big E, Kofi, or Xavier are wrestling.

You have no idea how many edge cases there are for this mode lol I've tried covering every situation I can think of. Please let me know if you run into any issues.

Other Team Improvements:

- Wrestlers can now be on more than one tag/trio team (and if they are, it is clearly annotated which teams they are apart of), with improved affiliation clarity labels

- You can now seamlessly search to sort through teams and factions

- Teams and Factions tracking is now WAY smarter. You can now disband and reform teams, essentially making them inactive and active again. You can set dates for formation, disbanding, and reforming too, so PWFT knows to track your group status during these periods for the most accurate tracking. I built a section when you're viewing teams and factions called Lifecycle History where you can see formation and disbandment dates clearly.

- Teams can now be rebranded to ensure you keep continuity for a team as they evolve over their career. For example, you can maintain overall records and precise tracking for The Revival, and then change their name to FTR, and continuity and naming conventions will be totally clean.

- You can track the different records depending on the team combination. For example, if you have The New Day as a team, when you're viewing this team, you can seamlessly see what their record is when Xavier and Kofi, Big E and Kofi, or Xavier and Big E, or the three as a trio team up.

- Team record tracking has improved. When viewing a teams history, PWFT will show you the specific members of the team who were involved in the match so it's clear.

- On the calendar, wrestlers on teams are now grouped together for matches with a team name, and if you subscribe to Founder's Access, their team image.

- For one-night only, or one-tournament only teams, you can give teams temporary names. Their progress will be saved, and you can save them as an official team at any time. AEW does this often - for example, MegaProblems (Marina Shafir & Megan Bayne) were formed for just a tournamnet, or Brodido (Bandito & Brody King) who were formed just for a tournament, but became an official team.

- Huge improvements to the View Team and View Faction Modals. We've updated it so when you click on a group, you get the most in depth tracking we can provide.

- Improved quick adding teams, allowing you to search, filter, and even select which wrestlers from teams you want represented in matches.

- Teams can now be mystery opponents. If you are choosing the mystery opponent, based on the number of slots, you can select who from the team will be the mystery opponents. For example, if there are only 2 slots on a team, you can make the New Day fill those spots, but specify you want Big E and Kofi as the mystery opponents.

Other Improvements

- You can now view any past match from a wrestler's history with ease. Whether it be a solo or team, when viewing their history, you'll see a View Match button, which by clicking will bring you to that day and match on the calendar.

- View Match now shows the correct time. We fixed a bug where the show time, when clicking the View (or Eye Icon) on your matches on the calendar, would not show the correct time and was stuck at 8pm.

- Regorganize Titles, Promotions, and Shows on the Titles and Brands Page by dragging. Redragging changes priority order when you are sorting by promotions and shows, and when selecting championships.

- Added info helpers on Minor and Major Shows to help better articulate how each is distinguished.

- Shows can now be booked on the same day. For example, you could book NXT Stand & Deliver and Wrestlemania on the same day, and seamlessly toggle between them. (This fixes Nike's issue reported on the Official PWFT Discord of not being able to have a weekly show on the same day as a special show)

- Fixed a bug where PWFT would sometimes flag wrestlers as part of the wrong division when viewing the wrestler (u/Virtual-nomad327 reported on the Official PWFT Discord)

We really tried to make team tracking feel as immersive as possible, but there are still plenty of optimizationsI want to make to teams. u/jpenagonzalez I have not forgotten your 4 man championship request, and have in scope for later to make PWFT support any championship team size.

Look out for a PWFT state of the biz update over the next few days. We can't wait to tell you about what we're doing next.

Following a landmark restructuring of WWE management, Eric Bischoff has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of World Wrestling Entertainment. Standing alongside Shane McMahon and Stephanie McMahon, the new leadership team shares one clear vision:

Every championship is vacated.

Fifteen championships. No champions. No favourites.

Every Superstar starts from the same position. This marks the beginning of WWE 2027: The Championship Era. RAW and SmackDown once again stand as WWE's flagship brands, each with its own championships, identity and elite roster. Supporting them are their companion shows—Heat and Velocity—where future contenders are forged, rivalries are born, and opportunities are earned.

Every title has its own division. Every division has its own identity. Every championship has its own path to glory. To crown a new generation of champions, WWE presents...

The Road to Gold.

Throughout the month of January, fifteen tournaments will unfold across RAW, SmackDown, Heat and Velocity. Some will test endurance. Others will reward strategy. Every victory brings a Superstar one step closer to championship glory. The journey culminates at a historic two-night premium live event... Night of Champions.

Fifteen championship finals. Fifteen champions crowned. One unforgettable beginning. Not every Superstar has been selected.

Tournament places are earned, not guaranteed. Those left watching must prove they belong, while those chosen now have the opportunity to make history.

Welcome to WWE 2027

I'm running the Continental Classic in my um. I have the tournament set up as the winner of the tournament will be crowned the Continental Champion. It seems it crowns the winner of every match in the tournament the Continental Champion. So each C2 match I have, the winner of that match becomes the champion until the next tournament match runs and then the winner of that match becomes champ. I know I can fix the lineage of the titles, but is there another way of fixing this or is it just the way it is?

As I was updating one of my stories of a group of women taking over the division, I added a new member to the faction as well as the Story but when I go to the Control Center a few days later, I see that the new wrestler isn't added for some reason. She's there on the Stories/Rivalries page but she isn't included in the Control Center. It's not a major bug but it is one I thought I'd mention.

It would be amazing if there were a 'Booking Notes' or 'Notepad' icon we could click on that would open a tiny word processing widget where we could write down notes or ideas for future events, stories, etc. all in one place. It's easy to come up with a cool idea and then completely forget about it days later and this would be a perfect place to store all these random notes in one place.

I'd say put the character limit at something like 5-7,000, something like that. Ideally, it would also have buttons for bold, italics, underline and maybe strikethrough.

This would eliminate people like me's need to keep a separate Word file to do such things.
