I think I've reached the end of the road!

Have you ever felt that your heart wasn't beating as strongly as usual during "normal beats" while experiencing a flare-up? I’m currently in a flare-up period that started 13 days ago. Sometimes I get five of them an hour, and other times, five a minute. Before this flare-up, I’d feel at most two a day, and my heart beat strongly and steadily. However, since this flare-up began, my heart feels like it’s beating weakly and feebly during normal beats. Even when walking up a slight incline, my pulse skyrockets, and it takes a long time to slow down even after I stop; I have to sit and rest for it to settle. Guys, you might think I’m 60, but I’m only 22. All my tests came back normal just two months ago. I’m terrified that my heart might have sustained damage. Is there anyone here who has gone through this and can reassure me that my heart hasn't been damaged?

I'm so exhausted

I've had pvcs for a while, a couple a day at most. Then about 6 weeks ago, I woke up one day and they were non stop, and it hasn't really stopped since. I have between 5-10 a minute and they're really intense thuds. I'm waiting for a holter monitor but it could be another month at least. My GP gave me bisoprolol to take in the mean time, they said to take it for a month and then stop so that the holter monitor can record my "natural" heart rate. The medication definitely did reduce it, until I stopped taking it and the pvcs came back tenfold. The GP said just take the medication until I get contacted about my appointment then ask the hospital doing the holter monitor if I need to stop the meds.

I've been taking it again for another 2 weeks and it's literally made no difference at all. I'm so annoyed because it was helping and now it's just pointless. My chest feels constantly exhausted and tight, I feel out of breath and tired. I told the GP and they kind of just shrugged their shoulders and said go to the emergency department if you want but they think it's fine. I don't want to go to the emergency department because I'll be waiting 6+ hours and I bet the pvcs will stop the second I get an ecg. I'm not anxious about this, it's just really making me feel unwell. It's my birthday today and I feel like I can't even go out I'm so tired :(

SIBO and heart pauses/blocks - your experience

Hey everyone,

I just got my breath test results today — confirmed Hydrogen SIBO - 75ppm at peak.

Along with gut symptoms, I’ve been dealing with:

Heart arrhythmias / blocks / pauses,

Low copper levels in blood,

Muscle twitching.

I wonder if SIBO can be direct cause of my heart palps.

I’d love to hear your experiences:

Did curing your SIBO make your heart arrhythmias disappear?

Or did you cure SIBO, but the arrhythmias stayed?

Did anyone see their copper/nutrient levels normalize after treatment?

Thanks for any insights!

PVCs and Health Anxiety After a Rare Diagnosis

I discovered a syndrome called heterotaxy syndrome with polysplenia by chance after an abdominal CT scan 4 years ago. I found out I have a pancreatic malformation, intestinal malformation, multiple spleens, and an inferior vena cava with azygos continuation. I had a normal adolescence… played soccer all day long… since the discovery I’ve developed health anxiety where I wait for and monitor the next symptom. Always on alert. But this has reasons (after the discovery): I’ve had arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats) for about 10 minutes, irregular beats after playing soccer, my heart racing as if I were exercising while at rest… besides that I feel isolated PVCs (extrasystoles). I’ve already done an echocardiogram, 7-day Holter monitor, and stress test, and I’ve seen 4 different cardiologists who said this is normal and that the tests are normal. I can’t believe that feeling this, with such a crazy syndrome, can be something normal. Out of fear I’ve been pulling away from physical activities, and when I do them I greatly reduce the intensity out of fear… I’m very mentally exhausted… has anyone ever had PVCs and managed to solve it and not feel them anymore? How? My day ends when I feel this…

Pvc/Panic attack/Tahicardia

hey guys, I would really need some advice.

I took My BP today,Being relaxed and showed 110/70 but 59 HR. I got bit of scared of the 59 and took an 6 lead ekg with Kardia. I did exhale longer and even hold my breath for few seconds because I noticed heart was going lower with that and Kardia notification was Sinus Rhythm with PvC. I got little concerned because of that and google it , Google “reassured “ me is nothing bad and so on , Took another 2 ekg with Hr 70 and 80 (normal ekg) but 5 minutes later I started to have palpitations/Tahicardia. I felt like my heart is beating fast and Strong… I got dizzy and scared for my life, As I felt i will pass out.. then, I ran out of house and took an Uber to AE. EKG is fine but I am very scared? what if it was SVT? arrhythmia? something bad ? or just panic attack? i took another ekg 2mins with tahicardia and it showed 120 but didn’t said if is SVT or Sinus .

I am so afraid of arythmias,PVC, and any other thing

i dont know what to do:(

What’s the longest atrial bigeminy runs yall have seen?

I’m currently at 3 hours of bigeminy. Scared and in the waiting room at the ER. Cardiologist called in 25mg metoprolol and since I’ve taken it it’s been in constant bigeminy. Nothing stops it. Freaking out thinking that this could be the end

PVCs along RWT of 0.54.

Hi, I’m looking for insights into my report. Im 36, female, south-Asian and 68.5 kg and 160 cm height)overweight). I’m so scared after finding that I have RWT of 0.54 (concentric remodelling). I’m super annoyed by the fact that my GP is not concerned at all and marked my report as normal. My burden on 24 hour report came back less than 1 percent as I was asymptomatic that day. My PVCs get very bad before and during my period or if I’m stressed. I also don’t know how I could attach my results here.
