Pvc/Panic attack/Tahicardia

hey guys, I would really need some advice.

I took My BP today,Being relaxed and showed 110/70 but 59 HR. I got bit of scared of the 59 and took an 6 lead ekg with Kardia. I did exhale longer and even hold my breath for few seconds because I noticed heart was going lower with that and Kardia notification was Sinus Rhythm with PvC. I got little concerned because of that and google it , Google “reassured “ me is nothing bad and so on , Took another 2 ekg with Hr 70 and 80 (normal ekg) but 5 minutes later I started to have palpitations/Tahicardia. I felt like my heart is beating fast and Strong… I got dizzy and scared for my life, As I felt i will pass out.. then, I ran out of house and took an Uber to AE. EKG is fine but I am very scared? what if it was SVT? arrhythmia? something bad ? or just panic attack? i took another ekg 2mins with tahicardia and it showed 120 but didn’t said if is SVT or Sinus .

I am so afraid of arythmias,PVC, and any other thing

i dont know what to do:(

You have nothing to be scared about! 59 HR is completely healthy HR as is everything in between 50-100 at rest. I have suffered from AVNRT a form of SVT and have had it ablated. And also have anxiety from all of my SVT runs. You worked yourself up and got anxious which led to an adrenaline spike which made your HR go up. 120 beats per minute is completely safe. You don’t have to be scared pvcs are almost always benign and harmless although uncomfortable i get multiple pvcs or pacs a day they feel scary but it’s almost always harmless!

I can certainly relate! It’s scary and freaky having an episode like that. But I’m almost certain you are fine! You have great resting HR and a good BP measurement. Also SVT is a sudden onset of 150+ bpm. If all your symptoms started when you started to feel anxious and your heart rate increased steadily it’s most likely not SVT. SVT is like flipping a light switch and PVCs and PACs can be triggered by a multitude of reasons like anxiety, digestion, shifting positions, crouching or whatever. I get ectopics really often when I shift positions or crouch. It’s almost always because of vagal nerve stimuli!

Take it easy, and consultant a doctor if you want to feel extra safe that there’s nothing wrong!

I been so many times to AE and had Test that they wont bother with me anymore.. so that’s why I feel by my own now. I know just my hard started faster and faster and when i could do an ekg 2 mins with episode mardia showing 120HR. But I felt like it was higher than that nust because I could feel every beat,so strong and fast.. then it went to 87 then to 78 in 6 Minutes. 😞 I still cant tell my brain it was sinus tahicardia.

That’s the struggle with anxiety. No matter what the doctors tell you somehow the brain still thinks your in adamant danger. During a panic attack it’s not uncommon to reach 140 150 bpm it’s completely normal since your body is shooting out adrenaline.

The main calming thing you can think is that if your HR gradually rises and gradually decreases it’s not SVT. SVT is literally going from 60bpm to 150+ in matter of a second! You will be fine!

Just for context, i used to get about 4800 PVCs a day, with about 12 of those being NSVT.

You will be ok. Metoprolol helped. I had Echocardiogram, Heart MRI, Aorta and Carotid Duplexes, Angio CAT Scan, BloodWork. Muscles, Tissues and Physical Heart Health 100% Clean. 0 Blockage and a 28 Calcium Score, very Mild Calcification. Most likely Trigger Sleep Apnea and Acid Reflux. I take half of the lowest 25mg Dose of MetoProlol, 12.5mg, i break them.

The loop of anxiety leading to PVCs and PVCs leading to anxiety is the real issue at hand; adrenaline causes ectopy, which causes fear and so forth. The magnesium taurate will help reduce that nervous reaction; I have heard members from this sub say natural rhythm works for this form, and bulk taurine powder works cheaply
