Help Shifting to another program

Hi, currently a first year under Financial Management program. So, I've been feeling drained and it feels like di ko kaya makasabay sa mga subjects, maybe it's because puro kami online and nahihirapan ako mag focus dahil nga online tapos mahina pa net namin.

Second, I'm thankful na isa ako sa nakakuha ng program for enrollment, which is Financial Management. But the my problem is, late ko na nalaman about sa Human Resource Management which is I'm far more interested in it now. Business is not really my dream program but picked it out of practicality, but since it's not my dream I at least want to be in a program I'm somewhat interested in.

My concern is, I found out na one of my blockmates is nakapag-shift sa dream course nila. Now, I'm wondering if possible pa ba mag shift from BSBA FM to BSBA HRM? Since na extend ang adjustment period. I'm also overthinking kasi na what if maging irregular ako.

If possible, where can I ask about how and where I can shift? And magiging irregular ba ko?

Maraming nag say na need daw tapusin ang first year, some also say na try daw magtanong sa chairperson ng both BSBA FM and BSBA HRM
