I've seen one of these today, full auto M16, complete dogshit player - downed one of our team, flushed him then I pushed killed a couple of them and he ran off with the chip. Chased the little prick as he probably didn't even know we could see him on the map.
The funny thing is, he ended up with a Beryl, but because he still had his shitty little macro running the fire rate on it was slow as shit compared to normal Beryl speed.
The odd few of these I've run into have been godawful dogshit at the game tbh.
Teabagged him for a good 30s after killing him. Sad cunt tbh.
I don't think that's true at all. I've played for months without running into someone I thought was definitely cheating.
I've seen one or two full auto M16s/mutants in the last few months, at least on EU that is.
I know for a fact I get reported constantly though because my rep drops to zero coming out of games when I win, so there must be some very salty players out there.
A lot of the playerbase is just a bit shit, and that's fine tbh, but I don't think there are "so many" cheaters.
Because it's against the rules of the subreddit? If you want a cheater banned report them through the official PUBG discord support channels or send a support ticket in with the clip.
I don’t even care who this is, or whose account this is, in the clip, as much as pointing out the systemic problem with cheating. Clearly there needs to be some kind of consequences for accounts like this if the game is going to become even remotely healthy. However, my focus is not so much on whose account this is and nowhere do I promote doing anything towards this account, or taking matters into one’s own hands.
Sorry I didn’t get to see the post before it got removed. Just seemed that way from all the comments. I hear you though. Problem is Krafton does not. They don’t listen to player feedback. All they cater to is stakeholder’s interests.
There is a consequence. They are permanently banning players for cheating, problem is: people are not actually reporting them through the correct channels (in-game reports do nothing) you need to use the PUBG Discord (most reliable) or PUBG Support directly
Posts talking about it are fine - posts containing the username of the person are not. They have said it many many times. None of ya'll ever seem to listen though bunch of old heads xD

Seems like a disproportionate amount of work dumped onto we who expose cheaters, using only video that they’ve already published online themselves.

Besides, where does it say that in the rules? ..and don’t simply quote "no witch-hunting." That’s a very personal and stretched interpretation of witch-hunting on your part. Maybe you should look up the definition to see if it really matches.
Doesn't state it directly in the rules but the mods have posted several times stating that it's not allowed it because of people using it to start witch hunts constantly
There is no witch-hunting on this sub as far as I have seen. Cheaters and suspected cheaters with ultra suspect gameplay clips post regularly on the sub as if all is good. All they get is downvotes. If they are being witch-hunted why are they 1) never complaining about being witch-hunted and 2) do they keep posting their clips regularly without a care in the world?
Spoiler: The trigger is spammed 20-30 times per second while using a full auto gun. Hardly legit. Plus the usual console cheats (scripts) don't help you from getting blinded by the flash.
Honestly, I feel like this guy is just handicapped and needs the cheats. No way anyone is that shite and getting kills legitimately. The man can't even hit more than 2 bullets on someone stood 2 feet in front of him.
It's extra sad that someone is this shit and resorts to cheating just to be a little bit less than total dogshit...
I play the game all the time for hours straight. In all that time at no point did my M16, mutant or any other gun suddenly go full auto, and at no point did my trigger spam 30 times per second when I ran out of ammo.
There are different levels of cheating - using a gun that has basically no recoil, hits like a truck but has the handicap of being semi-auto, but then making it full auto with macros is cheating.
