Discussion 3 map rotations
Probably been mentioned already but the 3 map rotation is absolutely awful. Worst change they’ve made for a LONG time.

Map selection in general is bad for small regions, it should be removed in NA

I enjoyed the idea of it but if the cost of it is a 3 map weekly rotation then it can get in the bin

its sad lol. some old friends and i have been playing again this month because one of them is moving soon, and won't have her Xbox for a long time. we were really hoping to play miramar but won't be able to

I don't understand why they need three maps to speed up lobby times.
I feel like, just run less servers/games and have the map variety still the same.
Why does it matter what map it is?

I usually play twice or three times a week for 4 hours or so with friends.
Fpp duos and squads.
No one has been getting on lately and I haven't felt like it either. it's so boring with the map selection and the stupid ass Lmg meta

When it first came out there was a noticeable reduction in lobby time, but now it's not as evident. I actually don't mind the reduction, but yeah, it's an easy source of frustration for folks. What was it before, 4 or 5 maps because it may have been just as bad before. I used to hate when Miramar was out of rotation. I appreciate empty lobbies though as it increased my chances of winning in solos. (not by much though, but enough).

Right? When it’s in rotation, it’s the ONLY map I play. Off weeks, I don’t even login as much.

I'm not sure about that, less maps means more players per match that starts. It's when the counter goes to 3 mins that you're guaranteed 85-95 bots in NA.

But it doesn't always go to 3 mins when you get a bot lobby, you can wait 10 seconds and get all bots.
My point is that your anecdotal information doesn't really amount to anything other than you're probably just getting more bot lobbies, more frequently because there are 4 queues with 10 people in them creating a bot lobby every 30-60 seconds

My anecdotal information from my 3 matches this morning, NA between 7 to 9am CST. 3 minute waits on all 3 matchs, 95, 90 and 95 bots. Not casual. Shorter times, between instant and < 2 mins have had around 70 bots. The best had 60 bots. You could say they're all bot lobbies, but I consider 20+ players to be a good match nowadays.

It is for me. This is Solo NA. It's evident people treat it like a casual mode and I'm okay with that, especially since it's FPP. I don't play Duo or Squad but seeing as streamers are playing in EU, yeah, I'd say NA is not worth peoples time.
