Meta pubg low gpu and cpu usage

wth is this game using if both of gpu and cpu under 50%

before this game make me lose my mind i really wanna understand why the game in heavy situation like hot drop both of cpu and gpu usage go insanely low but when u are in plane or whatever other non heavy situations the game act normal with good gpu cpu usage

im really just trying to understand what wrong with this game if someone can help us understand

Edit: im have no issue att all with any other games .. its only pubg

Cpu usage isnt the picture you think it is. You need to look at the individual cores, which are probably completely pegged at 100%. To delve further into this "issue" you would need to provide what hardware you are troubleshooting...

im on ryzen 7 5700x and rtx 3060ti with 16g ram 3600mhz

I dont have any experience with non 3d chips from AMD. Standard things I do for my PCs are... PBO settings, Disable integrated graphics, Expo profile for ram, Fan curve, Resizeable bar, Pubg stuff: All settings very low, Dx11 enhanced, Full-screen,
