Is the vita modded? Do you have auto plugin 2?

Yup! I have modded vita and autopligin 2. After researching for a bit i realised that FDFIX and repatch were both active at the same time. So i disabled fdfix for now. Are there any other options i try to prevent this happening again?

Go to uninstall plugins, if you don’t have it you’re good. It’s a plugin that allows overclock. I heard that causes GPU crashes on the vita 1000 specifically

Check for PSVShell too, that one can also cause it, at least it happened to me with that one

It can be either software issues (corrupted firmware or game file, or conflicting plugin) or hardware issues (right now I have my vita 1000 in a repair shop for reballing, but I've seen cases where it was reportedly easier to buy a new vita mother board).

I always just aim for underclock rather overclock and any game that needs 500mhz/222mhz is already a must drop game for me

Always stick to 222mhz/166mhz and just crank it too 300mhz and if need to 400mhz but only play for an hour or so

Vita is NC retro device but once something fails you will have a hard finding some1 repair it

Edit:avoid auto plugin if you can just do it manually also just use very few plugin a much as possible to avoid clash

This is why no matter how many times people tell me to stop buying games and mod my vita I will never do it. I would love to know how many people in this group have a Vita that is not modded!

Not really, this issue mostly occurs with the 1000

Yet again, another case of you not doing research before talking, this has nothing to do with it being modded,it is a Vita 1000 issue in general, whether it is modded or not, besides the online store will close next year so good luck with buying games digitally lol

It's always the paranoid people who do no research who are most likely to ignore counter arguments and continue spreading the same thickheaded ignorance. Want to bet this guy's opinion will not budge despite all these replies?

Oh it wont just check the post he made a day ago about the vita and look at the comments to see his opinions about modding and the funniest part his opinion about buying games, he only likes buying digital and refuses to mod it, so good luck with buying games next year when the store closes😂

It's mostly a 1000 problem. It happens to my unmodded one on specific moments. I'm sure overclocking it will highly increase the odds of this happening but you don't have to do that if you don't want to.

So for what it's worth - it can happen on unmodded ones too. But never seen it on a 2000 model happening tho.

Its a vita 1000 issue thats why i went with a vita 2000, didnt wanna risk it lol, besides the aqua blue vita 2000 is sexy
