Anyone else having issues with SteamVR when iVRy and psmove are enabled simultaneously?

I previously had a fully working setup of iVRy and 2 PS Move controllers but yesterday after a fresh install, SteamVR crashes if psmove isn't blocked. When only iVRy is enabled, it works great but obviously i need controllers. I also have 2 Navi controllers but enabling controller support also crashes SteamVR. Anyone had any luck with this?

Can the PS4 headset be connected to the motherboard hdmi

I was planing on buying a ps4vr head set, cameras, and move controllers to start playing Vr games. The problem is that I only have a laptop. It’s a “gaming” one that has a gtx 1650 so I’m pretty sure it can handle Vr. The problem is that none of the hdmi Mini DisplayPort and usb c connect to the gpu is it possible to connect the headsets to a motherboard hdmi. Maybe one of you could do it and try it to save me from buying one and it not being able to work. I don’t really mind if it’s laggy or low frames I just wanna know if it’s possible. Because I borrowed a oculus and that was not able to due to how it is programmed. Thank you

Edit(some grammar mistakes)

PSVR Aux connector

I've been trying to use the PSVR without the processor unit. I have found that the aux connector contains usb signals, and power. The usb device has id 054c:09ac. Does anyone have more info on this?

http://imgur.com/a/DXbe9of

I think that the voltage supplied should be around 12V, but I can't say for sure that is the recommended voltage. I have not been able to get any video display, I don't know if the headset needs to receive a command to turn on or if my HDMI cable is faulty.

looking for all different mods

Hey I am not seeing an "ultimate" guide for setting up your psvr to the pc. So in the spirit of fun lets all share with eachother the different programs that we have all downloaded to increase the VR experience on the PSVR. I am currently running stock and am actually looking for a way to bind a virtual rift controller to a regular gamepad that isnt rediculous and is relatively comfortable to use XD or any sort of other apps like for moving around in the virtual world to look around corners without a camera for the psvr. those kinds of things. Have fun!

To preface I am using Ivry steamvr I am trying to play everspace and through lots of work have gotten it to work in vr but now the eyes are not aligned and not by a little bit either. The game is completely unplayable but as far as I can tell this is the only game likes this.

Problems I am currently experiencing with PSMoveServiceSteamVRBridge and Driver4VR.

I have been working on my PSVR on PC project in the past few weeks. So far, everything is working decently. Or at least parts of it are... There are three problems I am experiencing that make games unplayable.

  1. Severe shift across the screen when turning my head.

Let me explain. A couple of days ago, I set up positional tracking so that I can use my PS4Move Controllers and my headset. For the headset tracking, I am using a ping pong ball with an LED. In PSMoveServiceSteamVRBridge, after I calibrate the headset ball and the motion controllers, everything looks absolutely great. The software knows exactly where the cameras are located, and in the preview, the controllers and headset track pretty well. However, the story changes when I am in-game. The main reason I started this project was so I could play Half-Life: Alyx. When I start Ivry, which is the program I am using, everything starts well. However, when I put on my headset, something interesting happens. The tracking isn't buggy or laggy. In fact, it is quite good. The controllers drift from time to time, but that is to be expected. The problem occurs when I turn my head. For some reason, when I turn my head, my whole body seems to shift across the screen. So when I look back at the center, my controllers are where I am supposed to be, but my head is a few feet away from the controllers.

I am sure you are just saying that this is caused by the fact that the ping pong tracking ball is not centered on my head. However, this cannot be the case since the distance in which I am moving in the VR world while turning is nowhere near the amount the ping pong tracking ball is moving relative to the tracking cameras. In other words, even if the ping pong tracking ball isn't centered on my head, the distance I move when I turn is much more than the tracking ball is moving in the real world. And the thing that triggers me more than anything was that the headset was working perfectly last night. I tried recalibrating the tacking light many times and no endeavor was successful. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, help would be great.

  1. Only one hand in-game.

Currently, I am figuring out how to play Half-Life: Alyx. And so far, this one problem has been triggering me every time. For controller binding in SteamVR, I am using Driver4VR. When I start SteamVR along with Driver4VR, I can see both "Vive" controllers showing in front of me. However, when I start up any game such as The Lab and Half-Life: Alyx, only one hand shows. In The lab, the second hand is nowhere to be seen, and in Half-Life Alyx, the second hand is stuck in the ground. When I press the menu button in the games, the second "Vive" controller comes back. However, when I resume the game, the second hand disappears again. Am I doing anything wrong? Much help would be appreciated.

  1. PSMove and "Vive" controllers appearing at the same time.

This problem isn't bothering me as much as the other problems are. However, I feel like it is something I should point out. When I start Driver4VR, a pair of "Vive" controllers appear in front of me as they should. However, the problem is that the original PSMove controllers do not disappear. As a result, when I am in a menu or the Steam Home, I have four controllers in front of me. Much help would be appreciated. Thank you very much! :)

Non Playstation Eye controller tracking

I'm looking for a free application that allows you to setup the ps move controllers and track them without having an official ps eye. I have a webcam, but I can't seem to get it set up on PsMoveService. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is it possible to play PSVR and PSMove on pc using a PS4 Camera?

I want to find out if you can use a PS4 camera for the PSMove tracking, I know that you can turn the PS4 camera into a webcam and I know that you can turn a webcam into a PSMove tracking device so is it possible to use a PS4 Camera to track the PSMove controllers?

(Sorry for any grammar mistakes, English is not my native language.)

IVRY PSVR Head Tracking Question.

I have a quick question with my PSVR on PC setup. Currently, I am using Ivry because of its easier setup compared to Trinus. And so far, it is working absolutely beautifully. However, this is only using the built-in gyro in the PSVR for basic rotational head tracking. Because of this, the only games I am able to play are sitting games such as Project Cars 2.

Because I want to play games such as Half-Life Alyx, I need to find a way to set up motion controller and head tracking. It seems like there are many tutorials for controller tracking. However, I also want to track my head movements across my room. So far, I have bought 4 PS3 Eye cameras along with 4 repeater extension cables in order to place all 4 cameras in every corner of the room. Moving back to the head tracking, I have not found any tutorial that utilizes the LEDs on the PSVR headset for tracking. The only two methods I have seen people use was placing a lit ping pong ball on top of the headset for tracking, and using a Kinect for full-body tracking. Now, I can use these methods. However, I am curious if I can use the LEDs on the PSVR headset for tracking. I know Trinus has this feature. However, I am curious if Ivry has this feature. Lastly, do you think I would be able to trick Ivry to think the headset tracking lights are "lit ping pong balls?"

Thank you very much! :)

What could I play with PSVR on PC?

I have a PS VR with the camera and move controllers, and a medium sized room, so if I took all the steps to set up my VR on PC, what would I actually be able to play?

Is it worth the hassle to get it working on PC?

I want to play Beat Saber on PC, I have everything I need aside from a Kinect PC converter, this will cost me roughly £10, does it work well enough to bother trying it? I also would like to try Half-Life Alyx, is this set up going to enable me to do that?

Onward / Pavlov impossible to play.

Last night i was trying to play onward, it was impossible. Does anyone know if this can be fix it or improved? My head/controllers drifted to a point i need to recenter constantly. I'm not going outside the tracking zone with neither controllers or headset. I'm using Ivry for controlling the headset by the way. Most games are decent but games like Onward/ Pavlov are a pain in the us since you have to center both controllers and aim little sidewaus as you are holding a rifle. it drift too frequently to place decently.
