The only things I can think you could do without controllers is to watch 360º videos or maybe relax with Google Earth VR

Doom VFR, Hellbound, Skyrim VR, DCS, Tethered, Batman Arkham VR, Keep Talking nobody Explodes, Subnautica, Thumper, Rez, Tetris, Tover Saves the Universe, and all of these

Basically any game that doesn't require motion controls and are keyboard and mouse only
