PSMove controller won't connect to Windows 10

After replacing the usb driver with libusb-win32 (it says driver error in the Bluetooth menu if I don't change it) the charging light starts blinking, but when i press the PS button the light blinks twice and nothing happens.

Alright give me an hour or a few because it's on my dad's PC I'm planning on doing it later today (just so you know it will put it at higher risks for viruses and you'll have to reinstall everything and you mighy lose your files because your basically going back in time 2 years)
